OPTIONS’s Mission
OPTIONS Ghana Foundation tackles irregular class attendance and low performance(education), a dash of career goals or switching to vocational trade as a means of survival and a promotion of beautiful career dreams or aspirations of girls and young people. Our focus is on women, girls and young people in Ghana.
OPTIONS’s Vision
At Options Ghana Foundation, the vision is a world where every girl or young person is able to attain their career dream or aspirations in life regardless of their poverty level.
OPTION’s Model of Accountability
Each girl we work with holds us most directly responsible. Looking at the world through her lenses, we remove the financial and societal constraints preventing her from reaching her full potential.

Focus on the girl as our client
Our programs begin with an individual girl in rural Africa. By looking at the world from her perspective, we work to dismantle the barriers to her education and to living a healthy adult life. We’re answerable first and foremost to her.
Partner with the community
Change can’t happen without community support. We believe people living in rural communities are best placed to solve the problems around them. Community members from a range of sectors help with our program design and implementation.
Truthfulness
We are truthful in our dealings with our donors, project beneficiaries, staff, members, partner organizations, government, and the general public.
